Medical Billing prices are typically quoted on a case by case basis. Many factors are taken into account. Size of the practice/clinic, type of practice, type of work to be performed (i.e. full billing, submission and follow up, follow up only, etc), existing Accounts Receivable, and compliance of the practice to the requirements and guidelines set forth. The pricing is based solely on the collected amounts and is not billed until our customer is paid.
The rates range from 4% to 12% of collected amounts.
- Blocks of 10 hours at $100 / hour = $1000
- Blocks of 5 hours at $125 / hour = $625
As needed: $150/hr
All block purchases are valid for 2 years from date of purchase. After 2 years any unused hours are lost to the customer.
There will be no refunds after the first 14 days of a block purchase. Any refunds within the 14 day time frame will be reduced by the number of hours consumed at the rate of $150.00 / Hour.
The block purchase start date will be set as the date of receipt of payment.
The pre-purchased hours can not be used towards the purchase of goods or other services offered by MEDcom.
All times consumed will be recorded by Medcom. Account status will be available to the customer on demand. MedCom will not produce monthly statements, but a statement on the account is available at any time requested by the customer.
